Welcome to Henrietta Township located in western Lorain County in the north central part of Ohio.

Who We Are


The township is governed by a three–member board of trustees who are elected in November of odd-numbered years to a four-year term beginning on the following January 1st.

The Henrietta Township Complex

The Henrietta Town Hall is available for renting at a cost of $300. Township rules prohibit alcohol on Township property.

The township is 21.3 square miles with a population of 1,873. It is a combination of both agriculture and residential with proximity to the Ohio Turnpike and State Route Two to the north and State Route 20 /480 to the south making it an easy commute to the Greater Cleveland area.​

The Henrietta Township Complex is located at the corner of Vermilion and Garfield Roads. The complex consists of the town hall and road maintenance buildings.
